Frequently Asked Questions
This is probably our most asked question, and here's why:
Paper towels just aren't skin-friendly. They're treated with chemicals like bleach and formaldehyde and are super rough on your skin, which can lead to acne and irritation. They also leave behind lint, which just isn't good for irritation either.
prefix™ daily clean facial towels are the complete opposite—soft, chemical-free, ultra-absorbent, and specifically designed to care for your skin.

We get it—washing your towels more often may seem like a simple solution.
But studies show that bacteria can survive multiple wash cycles. Plus, traditional towels have a rough texture that can irritate your skin, inflame acne, and leave behind lint.

Great question! We understand the concern, but think of it this way: constantly rewashing your towels uses a significant amount of water, energy, and detergent, which also contributes to waste.
That's why we made sure our prefix™ daily clean facial towels are biodegradable. They break down naturally and won't add to landfills.

That's a valid question. It might seem pricey at first glance, but hear us out.

Totally get it. And honestly, we recommend trying other brands and comparing them for yourself!
Before my brother and I started prefix™, we were using other brands too. We noticed a strong, unpleasant odor (some say it smells like gasoline), and when we dug deeper, we found out many were using disposable synthetic materials. That made us question if their towels were truly chemical-free.
That's one of the big reasons we created prefix™. Our facial towels are made with 100% pure cotton—no synthetics, no weird smells—just completely fresh, soft, and gentle. Try us out and feel the difference! We even have a 60 day money-back guarantee, so there's no risk!
